Built in 1969 and extensively renovated during the winter of 2005, the modern Hotel Brasilia Playa has a total of 91 guest rooms, including 18 twin rooms, 53 one bedroom self catering apartments and a further 20 studio flats, all of which are distributed between a 9 storey main building and a smaller 2 storey annexe block.

All guest rooms at the hotel come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the magnificent Bay of Palma. In addition to the above features, both the apartments and studio flats also have an open plan kitchenette and a combined lounge/dining room with sofa beds, and all guest rooms at the Hotel Brasilia Playa are provided with a maid service undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned restaurant offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian dishes, as well as a games room, snack bar, laundry and medical services, public internet terminals and a lounge bar with satellite television.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool, with integrated children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
