Built in 1973 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 1998, the Hotel Beverly Playa has a total of 443 guest rooms, including 384 twin rooms, 56 singles and a further 3 Suites, which are built over 9 floors and set amidst 3,000m2 of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces, around a large central pool area overlooking the Bay of Paguera.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area towards the sea. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange desk, luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, snack bar, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a choice of two large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens overlooking the bay which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a hard surface tennis court and mini golf course, as well as a sauna and gymnasium, and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Hotel Beverly Playa also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment with either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
