Built in 1986 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2000, the modern Aparthotel TRH Palma Nova has a total of 211 guest rooms, including 206 one bedroomed self catering apartments and a further 5 studios flats, which are built over 9 floors and set amidst spacious sun terraces and Mediterranean style gardens around a central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool area. In addition to the above, all guest rooms at the hotel are also provided with a maid service undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, along with luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, public internet terminals, a games room, laundry and medical services, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's section and spacious sun terraces furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a smaller indoor heated pool with a well equipped gymnasium and sauna, along with a children's playground and mini club, a tennis court and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Aparthotel TRH Palma Nova also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring rifle shooting, archery and aerobics as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
