Built in 1986 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2000, the modern Aparthotel T R H Palma Nova has a total of 211 guest rooms, including 206 one bedroom self catering apartments and a further 5 studios flats, which are built over 9 floors and set amidst spacious sun terraces and Mediterranean style gardens around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, all guest rooms at the hotel are also provided with a maid service undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with public internet terminals, a games room, laundry and medical services, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with separate children's section, and spacious sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities includes a smaller indoor heated swimming pool, open during the cooler winter months, with sauna, along with a children's playground and mini club, a hard surface tennis court and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Aparthotel T R H Palma Nova also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
