Built in 1970 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2008, the modern Hotel Bahia de Alcudia has a total of 230 guest rooms, including 183 standard twin rooms, 28 singles, 4 Suites and a further 15 Junior Suites, which are built over 8 floors, and set amidst almost 7,500m2 of landscaped Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces, overlooking a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with a direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental, satellite television, mini-bar and either a terrace or balcony, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a daily maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

For business guests, the Hotel Bahia de Alcudia also offers the use of a large air conditioned conference and meeting room, seating a maximum of 60 people, which is equipped with a selection of the latest state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment.

Sporting and leisure facilities available for guests includes a large outdoor swimming pool for adults, with separate children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities includes a children's playground and mini club, along with a mini golf course, and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Hotel Bahia de Alcudia also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring darts, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
