Built in 1970 and extensively renovated during the winter of 1999, the Hotel Aparsuit has a total of 160 guest rooms, including 51 twin rooms and a further 109 self catering apartments, which are built over 8 floors and set amidst 400m2 of sun terraces overlooking a central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with a safety deposit box available for rental, direct dial telephone, satellite television and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views. In addition to the above features, apartments on the complex also have an open plan kitchenette, and all rooms are provided with a maid service undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange desk and luggage rooms for late departures, along with a lounge bar. Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool with sun terraces that are furnished with loungers and parasols.
