Built in 1965 and fully refurbished during the winter of 2004, the modern low rise Hotel Alcudia has a total of 210 guest rooms, including 194 double rooms and a further 16 singles, which are built over 4 floors and set amidst spacious sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with a direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental, satellite television, fridge and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms with toilets and showers for late departures, along with a games room, public internet terminals, a self-service-laundry, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests include an outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with a separate children's section, and sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground, mini club and games room, as well as both pool and table tennis tables.

The Hotel Alcudia also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring pistol shooting, pool games and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
