Built in 1963 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2001, the modern Hotel Albatros has a total of 119 guest rooms, including 94 Superior twin rooms, 5 Junior Suites and a further 20 single rooms, which are built over 6 floors, and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces, around a large central pool area overlooking the magnificent Bay of Palma.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental, high speed WiFi internet access, a mini bar and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area towards the sea.

In addition to the above features, a number of rooms at the Hotel Albatros have also been specially adapted for disabled guests, and all rooms at the hotel are provided with a daily maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned à la carte restaurant offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, snack bars, public internet terminals with high speed WiFi internet access available in selected areas, laundry and medical services, and both lounge and pool bars.

For business guests, the Hotel Albatros also offers the use of 3 large air conditioned conference and meeting rooms, with the capacity to seat a maximum of 200 people, all of which are fully equipped with a selection of the latest state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with separate children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
