Built in 1974 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2004, the family run Hotel Aimia has a total of has 43 guest rooms, including 8 standard double rooms, 30 deluxe rooms, 4 Superior and 1 Junior Suite, all of which are built over 5 floors, and set amidst almost 1,500m2 of sun terraces and Mediterranean style gardens around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, hairdryer, cosmetic magnifying mirror, bathrobe and slippers, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television, refrigerator, internet access, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above, the Junior Suite which is located on the top floor of the hotel, has a large terrace overlooking the bay of Port de Sóller, along with a bathroom with separate shower and Jacuzzi, as well as an exquisitely decorated lounge area.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services along with an air conditioned restaurant offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international dishes and vegetarian menus, luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, laundry and medical services, a games room, public internet terminals with WiFi access and both lounge and pool bars.

For business guests, the Hotel Aimia also offers the use of a 55m2 conference and meeting room, with the capacity to seat up to 50 guests, which is fully equipped with the latest state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment including telephones, fax, projectors and retractable screens.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
