The Hostel Teide has a total of 69 guest rooms that are built over 5 floors, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and luggage rooms for late departures, along with a buffet style restaurant, public internet terminals, safety deposit boxes available for rental, and a lounge bar with satellite television.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a small outdoor freshwater swimming pool with sun terraces that are furnished with loungers and parasols.
