Built in 1995 and extensively renovated during the winter of 2001, the modern Gran Santa Ponsa complex has a total of 143 one bedroom self catering apartments and studio flats, which are built over 5 floors, and set amidst 1,000m2 of sun terraces and Mediterranean style gardens overlooking a central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with a kitchenette with a fridge, three electric rings, a toaster and microwave, as well as a combined dining room/lounge area with two additional sofa beds, a direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above, all rooms are also provided with a maid service undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services along with luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, laundry and medical services, a games room, public internet terminals and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and mini club along with a multi sports activity area for football and volleyball as well as both pool and table tennis tables.
