Built in 1984 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2000, the modern Fortuna complex is a small development of 16 self catering apartments which are built over 4 floors. All apartments come equipped with a modern fully fitted bathroom with shower, along with a small open plan kitchenette with 2 electric rings and fridge, and a combined lounge/dining room with sofa beds, safety deposit box available for rental and either a terrace or balcony with exterior views over the resort. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guests staying at the Fortuna Apartments are required to use the reception facilities at the nearby Hotel Melis, approximately 150 metres away.
