Built in 1985 and extensively renovated during the winter of 1999, the modern low rise Ferrerra Blanca complex has a total of 192 one bedroomed self catering apartments which are built over 3 floors and set amidst almost 30,000m2 of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a fully fitted bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette and a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, a direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once each week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, along with luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, laundry and medical services, public internet terminals, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, a games room, supermarket and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a choice of three large outdoor freshwater swimming pools with separate children's pools, and spacious sun terraces furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and mini club, tennis courts and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Ferrerra Blanca Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring rifle shooting, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
