Part of the Hotelera Pollensina Group of hotels, the 2 key Duquesa Apartments are situated
around 600 metres from the beach in the quiet Pinaret district of the popular resort of
Puerto Pollensa on the north west coast of Majorca. The apartments are approximately 60km
north west of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and around 800 metres
from the centre of the resort where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops. Extensively refurbished during the winter of 2004, the modern low rise Duquesa complex has a total of 36 self catering apartments which are built over 3 floors and set amidst approximately 50m2 of sun terraces around a central pool area. Each apartment is equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette, a combined lounge/dining room with a safety deposit box available for rental, direct dial telephone and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views. Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception desk with currency exchange services along with a lounge bar, games room and small outdoor swimming pool with sun terraces furnished with loungers and parasols.
