Built in 1989, the modern low rise Don Pedro complex is a small development of 26 self catering apartments and studio flats which are built over 3 floors. All guest rooms come equipped with a fully fitted bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with fridge and a combined lounge/dining room with safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided carrying out a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a reception area with currency exchange services, along with a games room, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, luggage rooms for late departures, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's pool, and spacious sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
