Built in 1984 and fully renovated during the winter of 2002, the Don Juan complex has a total of 15 self catering apartments that are built over 3 floors. All guest rooms are equipped with a modern fully fitted bathroom with shower, along with fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining area, as well as a safety deposit box available for rental and either a terrace or balcony, most of which have either lake views. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a reception area with currency exchange services, luggage and courtesy rooms with showers for late departures, along with a buffet style restaurant, a games room, laundry service and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests include an outdoor freshwater swimming pool with sun terraces and gardens overlooking the lake, that are furnished with sun loungers and parasols. The Don Juan Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment with live music, cabaret and other professional shows several times each week.
