The 1 key Don Felipe Apartments are situated around 250 metres from the beach in the quiet Cala Ferrera district of the popular resort of Cala d'or on the southern east coast of Majorca. The apartments are approximately 60km east of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and 500 metres from the Cala d'or marina and pedestrianised centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1986 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 1999, the modern low rise Don Felipe complex is a small development of 11 one bedroom self catering apartments, which are distributed between 2 single storey buildings, and set amidst almost 1,100m2 of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a small central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once each week.

Guests staying at the Don Felipe Apartments are also welcome to use the facilities at the nearby Hotel Cala Ferrera which includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, along with a games room, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar with show cooking, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a 55m2 freshwater swimming pool for adults, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.

The nearby Hotel Cala Ferrera also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring rifle shooting, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
