Built in 1975 and extensively renovated during the winter of 2010, the modern Deya complex has a total of 158 one bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 8 floors and set amidst spacious sun terraces and Mediterranean style gardens overlooking a central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with 2 cooking rings and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining area with additional sofa beds, direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services along with luggage rooms for late departures, a self service cafeteria on the ground floor, laundry and medical services, a games room and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with separate children's pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a cardiovascular gymnasium and Jacuzzi.
