Built 1987 and extensively renovated during the winter of 1997, the modern low rise Club es Talaial complex has a total of 249 self catering apartments and studio flats which are built over 3 floors and set amidst almost 18,000m2 of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchen and a combined lounge/dining area with satellite television, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, along with a games room, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, small on site supermarket, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's pool and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a smaller indoor heated swimming pool with sauna, Jacuzzi and gymnasium, along with two tennis courts, a multi-sports activity area for football and volleyball etc, a children's playground and mini club and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Club es Talaial Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring rifle shooting, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
