Built in 1982 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 1994, Charly's Apartments is a small development of 20 one bedroom self catering apartments, which are distributed between 2 adjacent three storey buildings, each with their own entrance.

All guest rooms are equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings, refrigerator and microwave oven, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views over the street. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a reception area with currency exchange services, and luggage rooms for late departures, along with a games room, snack bar, nightclub and comfortable lounge bar with satellite television.
