Built in 1982 and extensively renovated during the winter of 1994, Charly's Apartments is a small development of 20 self catering apartments that are distributed between 2 adjacent three storey blocks, each with their own entrance. All guest rooms are equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with a combined lounge/dining room with sofa beds, a safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views over the street. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a reception area with currency exchange services, luggage rooms for late departures, a games room, snack bar, nightclub and lounge bar with satellite television.
