Built in 1986 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2007, the modern low rise Casa Vida complex is a small development of 26 one bedroom self catering apartments and studio flats, which are built over 3 floors, and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a small central pool area.

All guest rooms are centrally heated according to the season and come equipped a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guests staying at the Casa Vida Apartments are welcome to use the facilities at the nearby hotels Delfín Mar and Delfín Siesta Mar which include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with public internet terminals, a games room, laundry and medical services, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant with show cooking, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, and both lounge and pool bars.

For business guests, the Hotel Delfin Mar also offers the use of a large air conditioned conference and meeting room which is equipped with a selection of modern audiovisual equipment.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests at the hotels Delfín Mar and Delfín Siesta Mar includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with a separate children’s section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities includes a smaller indoor heated pool, with sauna, and cardiovascular gymnasium, as well as offering guests a variety of massage treatments.

The Hotel Delfin Mar also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment with either live music, cabaret or other professional shows twice a week.
