Open all year round, the Carlos V building is a small development of 22 one a two bedroom self catering apartments, each sleeping between 2 to 6 people. All guest rooms are centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with a kitchenette, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, as well as a direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views of the town. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a reception desk with currency exchange services along with both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, as well as an air conditioned buffet style restaurant where you can sample typical dishes from the region as well as a daily set meal.
