Built in 1980, the modern low rise Cala Millor Pins complex is a small development of 32 self catering apartments and studio flats which are built over 4 floors. All guest rooms come equipped with a fully fitted bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with fridge and microwave oven, a combined lounge/dining room with safety deposit box available for rental, satellite television, telephone and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided carrying out a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a reception area with currency exchange services, along with a cafe and both lounge and pool bars. Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool and spacious sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
