The modern Bouganvilla complex has a total of 157 one bedroom self catering apartments and studio flats, which are built over 6 floors, and set amidst spacious sun terraces and Mediterranean style gardens overlooking a central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with a combined kitchenette/lounge area with direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above, all rooms are also provided with a maid service undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant, luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, laundry and medical services, a games room, public internet terminals and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens furnished with loungers and parasols. The Bouganvilla Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring petanque, archery and aerobics as well as evening entertainment with live music, cabaret and other professional shows several times each week.
