The 1 key Bon Aire Apartments are situated around 300 metres from the Cala Ferrera beach in the
popular resort of Cala d'or on the southern east coast of Majorca. The apartments are approximately 60km
east of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and around 1.2km from the
picturesque Cala d'or marina and pedestrianised centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection
of bars, restaurants and shops. Built in 1980, the modern low rise Bon Aire complex is a small development of 7 self catering apartments and studio flats which are built over four floors and set amidst 250m2 of sun terraces around a small central pool area. All guest rooms on the complex come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with a safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week. Guest facilities on offer includes a reception area with currency exchange services, along with a small outdoor freshwater swimming pool with sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
