Fully renovated during the winter of 2004, the modern Beach Garden complex has a total of 24 one-bedroom self catering apartments that are built over 4 floors and set amidst 400m² of well kept Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces.

All guest rooms on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern en suite bathroom with shower, along with a combined dining/living room with two sofa-beds, kitchenette with refrigerator, a direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for hire and either a terrace or balcony, most of which have either sea or pool views. In addition to the above, all rooms are also provided with a maid service undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests include an outdoor swimming pool with separate children's section, with sun terraces furnished with loungers and parasols. Guests staying at the Beach Garden Apartments are also welcome to use the facilities of the neighbouring Aparthotel Alcudia Garden which includes an à la carte restaurant, as well as an additional indoor heated swimming pool, open during the cooler winter months, along with a well equipped gymnasium with sauna and Jacuzzi.

The Aparthotel Alcudia Garden also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities featuring pistol shooting, archery, pool games and aerobics as well as a children's mini club and evening entertainment with live music, cabaret and other professional shows several times each week.
