Built in 1989 and fully renovated during the winter 2006/7, the modern low rise Aparthotel Viva Golf has a total of 118 self catering apartments and studio flats that are built over 3 floors and set amidst 1,000m2 of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces overlooking the Bay of Alcudia.

All guest rooms on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a kitchenette, a combined lounge/dining room with sofa beds, as well as a direct dial telephone, internet connection, 26" LCD satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have either pool, garden or sea views. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen every 3 days.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange desk, luggage and courtesy rooms with showers for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant offering a choice of menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry service and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests include a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with spacious sun terraces and gardens furnished with loungers and parasols as well as a sauna, Jacuzzi and gymnasium.

The Aparthotel Viva Golf also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities featuring darts, pentaque and aerobics as well as evening entertainment with live music, cabaret and other professional shows several times each week.

In recognition of the hotel's high standards of environmental management, the Aparthotel Viva Golf has been awarded the internationally recognised certificate of ISO 14001:2004, as well as the Spanish Tourism Quality Institute ´Q´ quality mark which is only granted to establishments which meet the highest standards of continuous improvement in all services.
