Built in 1993 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2002, the modern low rise Aparthotel Viva Bahia has a total of 260 guest rooms, including 221 one bedroom self catering apartments, 8 two bedroom apartments and a further 31 studio flats, all of which are distributed between 3 four storey buildings, and set amidst almost 4,300m2 of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area overlooking the magnificent Bay of Alcudia.

All guest rooms on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, a direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area towards the sea.

In addition to the above features, 9 apartments at the Aparthotel Viva Bahia have also been specially adapted for disabled guests, and all rooms are provided with a daily maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen every 3 days.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange service, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, a supermarket, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

For business guests, the Aparthotel Viva Bahia also offers the use of a large air conditioned conference and meeting room, with the capacity to seat a maximum of 90 people, which is fully equipped with a selection of the latest state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment.
