Built in 1988 and fully refurbished during the winter of 1999, the modern Aparthotel Port d'Alcudia has a total of 172 self catering apartments and studio flats that are built over 6 floors and surrounded spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with a kitchenette, a combined lounge/dining room with two sofa beds, as well as a direct dial telephone, satellite television with music channels, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have either pool or garden views. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange desk, luggage and courtesy rooms with showers for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international dishes and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, laundry service and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests include a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's section, along with spacious sun terraces and gardens furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's Mini Club and playground along with a tennis court and multi-purpose sports area for football and volleyball.

The Aparthotel Port d'Alcudia also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment with live music, cabaret and other professional shows several times each week.
