Built in 1987, the modern low rise Aparthotel Mediterraneo Club has a total of 441 guest rooms, including 395 one bedroom self catering apartments and a further 46 studio flats, which are distributed between a number of 2 and 3 storey buildings, and set amidst almost 18,000m2 of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces overlooking the sea and the Punta de n'Amer headland.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette and a combined lounge/dining room with sofa beds, a direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area towards the sea. In addition to the above, all rooms are also provided with a daily maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange desk, luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international dishes and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, snack bars, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a choice of 3 large outdoor freshwater swimming pools, each with separate children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and mini club, a multi-purpose sports area for football and volleyball etc, 4 hard surface tennis courts, 3 squash courts, a gymnasium, garage and workshop for bicycles and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Aparthotel Mediterraneo Club also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring boules, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.

In recognition of the Blau group commitment towards caring for the environment, the Aparthotel Mediterraneo Club has been awarded the internationally renowned certification of ISO 14001:2004 certification awarded for the achievement of the highest standards in environmental management procedures.
