Built in 1987 and fully renovated during the winter of 1997, the modern low rise Aparthotel Alcudia Garden complex has a total of 239 self catering apartments and studio flats that are built over 2 floors and set amidst 8,000m2 of well maintained Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with a kitchenette, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, as well as a direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have either pool or garden views. In addition to the above, a number of rooms have also been specially adapted for the needs of disabled guests and all guest rooms are provided with a maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception desk with currency exchange services along with luggage and courtesy rooms with showers for late departures, as well as an air conditioned buffet style restaurant, supermarket, games room, laundry service and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests include a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's section, and spacious sun terraces furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include an additional indoor heated swimming pool, open during the cooler winter months, along with a well equipped gymnasium with sauna and Jacuzzi.

The Aparthotel Alcudia Garden also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities featuring pistol shooting, archery, pool games and aerobics as well as a children's mini club and evening entertainment with live music, cabaret and other professional shows several times each week.
